Either obtained from the lakes or from the seas through natural evaporation or obtained by exploding the rocks for rock salt, the salt is exposed to environmental influences. These influences effect the purity of the salt.
Our brine (Salty water) travels to our refinery in pipes with no outside exposure, not even any air exposure and crystallized without even any sight to any eye. That is to say, our salt does not show its face to us, all through its journey through underground into the package.
